Acronis DeviceLock DLP Suite

The Acronis DeviceLock Endpoint DLP Suite addresses the needs of organizations that require a simple and affordable approach to preventing unauthorized data loss from users’ laptops or desktop computers. From centralized Microsoft Windows Active Directory® Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and companion consoles, Acronis DeviceLock DLP Suite administrators can dynamically manage distributed agents that enforce centrally defined policies that allow, block and/or audit data flows. These policies can take into account such criteria as: user, data type, interface, flow direction, state of encryption, date and time, textual content, data size, protocol, and more. These simplified rules can be numerically conditioned, use contextual boundaries, and be joined together by Boolean operators into more complex filters as desired.

Acronis DeviceLock DLP Modules

Acronis DeviceLock Discovery Server software service that remotely scans files on network shares via the SMB/CIFS protocol, as well as deploys and manages Acronis DeviceLock Discovery Agents on target computers. Structurally, Acronis DeviceLock Discovery Server is an integral part of Acronis DeviceLock Content Security Server Acronis DeviceLock Discovery enables organizations to gain visibility and control over confidential “data at rest” stored across their IT environment in order to proactively prevent data breaches and achieve compliance with regulatory and corporate data security requirements.
